Short synopsis:
Diego Maradona arrives in Naples on July 5, 1984. The charismatic Argentine and the most passionate but dangerous city in Europe seem to have been created for each other. Maradona soon leads the sleepy Napoli football club to the title of national champion. He performs miracles on the playground and is worshiped as a god in the streets. All in all, it seems almost unreal. But the price will be high. Director Asif Kapadia (Senna, Amy) plunges into the stormy life of one of the greatest footballers of all time in the final part of a trilogy about the dark plateaus of fame.
