Program 2026

5th International Sport Film Festival – ISFF will take place in Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia from 17th until 19th June 2026

The festival program is currently in preparation and will be announced shortly.

This year, the 5th Festival of Sports Documentaries and Feature films will take place in Rogaška Slatina. In terms of content and geography the program will be extremely diverse.

The members of the expert jury are united in professional criteria for valuation and the passion we have for sports and the art of film. The selected festival program contains some top-notch feature and short films from various parts of the world. The diversity is recognized in film genres as well as in sports genres, more or less well-known.

Rogaška Slatina, the festival location, is already already famous as a good host for sports film makers, and it allows organizers to intertwine film events with other local characteristics or the wishes of the residents.

The 5th ISFF Rogaška 2026 shows that the desire to create quality films with sports themes is strong both: on the part of athletes and sports workers, and – especially – filmmakers.

Sport proves that it is the messenger of those human and social elements that enrich life on various levels. It confronts individuals with challenges that are often a true-life school in interpersonal relationships, mutual respect, consideration and compassion, without having to give up one’s own ambitions to reach for the stars…

The diversity of content and the quality of performance therefore remain the hallmark of ISFF Slovenia.
