These are just some of the slogans of the Sokol movement, which originated in 1862 and still today unites thousands of enthusiasts from around the world. Every six years, they meet in Prague to demonstrate the strength of the movement and its values by performing spectacular mass exercises. On Your Marks is a film about the joys and difficulties of the Sokol members determined to create a perfect entirety from imperfect individuals.
