The aim of our task is to create a tourist trail – an itinerary that includes the routes Šavrinke used to take and some of the places from which they originated. The trail is designed to be either self-guided or guided by a Šavrinka, dressed in her regional costume. Šavrinke were true travelers, they knew many paths, lanes and roads winding between the Istrian villages and towns. The paths, which in the past these women travelers walked or traveled with a donkey or a mule, will now be undertaken by our travelers/tourists on electric bicycles.
