Four teenage friends tied their lives to one of the world’s most dangerous sports. Rafał Wilk, Maciej Kuciapa, Piotr Winiarz and Rafał Trojanowski met at a speedway training school and, thirty years ago, won their first Polish Team Championship. For a moment, the entire speedway community believed a brilliant future lay ahead.
