Invasion of Qatar follows Alex Frobez’s journey to the World Cup of Soccer in Qatar. Can he invade the field before he gets arrested and thrown in Qatari prison?

Complicating things, he is also on a mission to reconnect with his father, a famous pitch invader in his own right, at the expense of his pregnant wife back home in Canada. This satirical film presents the tension between multi-billion dollar sporting events like the World Cup and the human rights abuses that go along with them.
