On July 18, 2018, my friend Oscar’s life changed forever after a severe electrical accident left him badly burned and led to the amputation of his arm. A lifelong mountain enthusiast, Oscar refused to give up on his dreams. Over six years, I documented his journey — from rehabilitation to his first climbs after the accident, and eventually to the Paralympic Games in Beijing. In May 2024, a unique expedition in Norway, combining skiing and sailing, marked a new chapter in his story. More than just a film about resilience, this documentary tells how a tragedy brought friends closer and sparked an extraordinary adventure.
